Pop’s Music ships orders within the United States from our store at 41 Federal Drive, Jackson, TN 38305 typically within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping rates
• Guitars & basses: Free shipping.
• Strings, accessories, pedals & other small items: $5.99, or free on orders of $49 or more.
• Large items (amps, keyboards, drum sets, PA speakers, hard cases): $29.99 up to 20 lb, $49.99 for 20–40 lb, $79.99 over 40 lb.

If your order includes items from more than one group, shipping for each group is combined at checkout.

Free in-store pickup
Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order at our Jackson, TN store at no charge. Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Local delivery
Customers in the Jackson area can order many of our products for delivery through DoorDash.
